At Haseen, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping terms, including estimated delivery times, costs, and responsibilities.

Shipping locations
We currently ship orders within:

  • New Zealand

  • Australia

  • Selected international destinations

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed during launches, sales, or holidays may take longer to process.

Estimated delivery times

  • New Zealand: 2 to 5 business days

  • Australia: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on location and customs

Please note these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for courier delays or customs processing times.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs and duties
If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by your country. These are not included in your order total.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Once we hand your order to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damage during transit. If something goes wrong, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will try to help.

Address errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately and we may be able to update it.
